Our Process
Vision & Design
When you first contact us, we will take some basic information to provide a ballpark estimate. We will arrange a visit to your home to take accurate measurements, fully understand your vision and capture your detailed specifications. After that, we will send you a detailed quote within a week.

If you decide to proceed with the work, a 10% deposit will be required to start the design stage.

The next step is to provide you with computerized scale drawings and hold further discussions, allowing us to collaborate with you to finalise the design details, leaving no room for ambiguity.

Once the design is aligned with your vision, we will schedule your installation.
Measure & Build
A further 40% will be required before we start to make the components of your furniture.
​
Working from the finalised drawings, all the components will be accurately cut to size.
We then finish the furniture to your chosen specifications and pre-build the furniture to complete our stringent quality assurance checks before your furniture leaves our workshop.
Install & Finish
Before installation begins, a further 40% payment will be required.

When we schedule your installation, we'll advise you how long we expect it to take. Where projects are small enough to be delivered to site fully or partially constructed, we will do so in order to minimise the time we need to spend in your home.

During the installation, we will ensure the final fit is perfect against your floors, walls and ceilings.

As our clients' experience is highly important to us, we will minimise any disruption to you during the installation process and always leave your home just as we found it.
